These pavers have a rustic old red brick appearance, giving the look of aged bricks without the variation you get from reclaimed materials. The colour is a natural red with subtle orange tones that complements both classic and modern homes.

Pro• Great for driveways.
• Hard wearing surface.
• Salt resistant and stain resistant.
• Ideal around beach front properties.
• Clay has a more natural colour range. You can get more brown and neutral tones.
• Clay pavers have richer reds whereas concrete pavers are pink instead of a true red.
• The red clay matches heritage red house bricks.
• Less porous than concrete pavers, so they don’t readily absorb grease stains as much.
• Clay doesn’t fade like concrete pavers.

• Not good around pools because they collect too much dirt between the pavers and are hot under foot.
• Clay pavers are double the price of their equivalent concrete pavers.
• If laid too tight they can easily chip on the corners.
• More pavers are required as they can chip or break during transportation.
• Heavy to lay.
